The Creative Caterer offers a flexible deli style lunch buffet menu with a few classic favorites thrown in. Perfect for conventions, off-site company meetings, work days, office parties, family gatherings, company picnics or other lunch time event. All items can be made into a box lunch or party tray as well if a buffet does not suit your needs.

Served on a fresh toasted hoagie bun, with lettuce, tomato and onion BBQ Beef Sandwich - Shredded Roast Beef with tangy BBQ sauce, piled high on a toasted bun Fajita Feast - Grilled chicken and beef strips, green pepppers and onions. Flour tortillas, refried beans, and spanish rice. Served with chips and salsa.

Please note: The approximate number of guests and menu selection should be made at least three weeks prior to the event date. All informal orders are served with plastic ware and napkins. For an additional charge per person, a formal setup can be requested. This would include china, linen, wait staff, and full service.
